Paulypore Mushrooms LLC is an indoor organic mushroom farm in Phoenix Arizona. We started our operation in April of 2021. Our Team is fully “produce safety certified” by the AZDA and the Food Safety Alliance.
We require food handlers cards issued by the department of health services for all staff working with our fresh produce. Our processes are fully organic from “Spore to Table” and quality is highly controlled throughout the lifecycle of every mushroom we grow.
As of August 2021, we are currently in production of fruiting blocks, dialing-in our recipes to create a consistent perpetual harvest of every strain we have in culture. Using precision climate controlled environments, we are able to produce a variety of 100% organic mushrooms. We use organic grains like corn, millet and rye to grow all of our spawn substrates. We then fruit to hardwood sawdust supplemented with wheat/oat bran or soy hulls. We steam Sterilize all fruiting blocks to avoid any contaminations and maintain all organic and food safety protocols.
